  • Where are you based?
    • We are based in warm and sunny El Salvador.
  • What are your working hours?
    • Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm CST, excluding public holidays. 
  • I have placed an order, when will it be dispatched?
    • Since we work with a made-to order and a pre-order production module; we normally take around 3-5 business days in elaborating your pieces. Shipping can take up to 7 business days for you to receive it. For more information, please email us at orders@pacatus.store
  • What is made-to order?
    • As a conscious and slow fashion brand, we only produce what is necessary. Meaning, that some pieces are only elaborated once we have received your order. 
    • There are occasions when some pieces/sets have been produced in limited quantities.
  • What is pre-order?
    • At the beginning of every collection, we create a pre-order campaign. This help us to have a better idea of which sizes and styles are favored, and also avoid over-production.
  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?
    • We are unable to change your order once placed – since we produce exactly what is needed.
    • If you need to change shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • All our prices are based on USD currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards.
  • How do I know my size?
