International Shipping

  • Every piece and set is elaborated upon request or in limited quantities in order to ensure the best quality as possible. Each order is made consciously – meaning we only produce what is needed, therefore reducing textile waste.
  • For international deliveries, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be produced and delivered to you.
  • All orders are shipped through DHL.
    •  All packages are trackable on the DHL website.
  • Please note that taxes and fees aren’t in the expressed price. 
  • Pacatus is not responsible for any other tax/cost/delay due to customs, over which it has no control.
  • Please note that Pacatus are not responsible for any lost or damaged package.

El Salvador Shipping

  • For local orders please allow 2 weeks for your order to be produced and delivered to you.
  • Once your order has been fulfilled we will ship your order with Urbano.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged package.

International Exchanges & Returns

  •  Every piece and set is elaborated upon request or in limited quantities in order to ensure the best quality as possible. Each order is made consciously – meaning we only produce what is needed, therefore reducing textile waste.
  •  Sales are final, unless there has been a mistake from our side. 
  • If you wish to change something from your order, please contact us at contact@pacatus.store
    • Please detail the changes desired in your purchase, and we will gladly help you and update you with your purchase accordingly.
  •  If you wish to exchange your pieces once received, please contact us at contact@pacatus.store 
  • If your pieces are faulty and/or do not meet the description of the image on the website, please contact us at contact@pacatus.store, and we will gladly help you.
  • If you have received an incorrect size, color or style, you have the right to return your order or ask for an exchange or refund. 
  • Unfortunately, since each set/garment is made on demand for each customer, it is not possible to returns items that have not fallen under the previously mentioned.

Order Cancellations

  •  If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to receive a full refund, provide you notify us in writing as set out that you are exercising your right to cancellation within 48 hours of your order being placed. 
  • To exercise the right of cancellation, please contact us at sales@pacatus.store, and we will issue a full refund to your account.
  • Since we are a slow fashion brand, there might be involuntary cancellations. Some reasons are:
    •  Item(s) no longer available.
    • Difficulty processing your payment.
    • Duplicate of order has been placed.
    • Cannot ship to location provided.
  •  If your order has been cancelled by us, you will be receiving an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in an alternative product, please contact us at contact@pacatus.store
